AJRA Launches Online System for All Volunteer Positions

August 19th, 2013 Posted by Club News 0 thoughts on “AJRA Launches Online System for All Volunteer Positions”

Effective immediately, all volunteer signups for AJRA will be handled using an online registration system called SignUp Genius.

To select a volunteer position, click on the SignUp Genius button on the right-hand side of the homepage.  You will need an Access Code to enter AJRA’s account, and that information will be sent to all registered parents in a separate email.  Once you access our account, you’ll see a variety of volunteer opportunities with descriptions, dates, and times.

If you are a Novice/Varsity parent(s) you are required to complete a minimum of 4 hrs. of volunteer duties per rower per season or pay a Volunteer Opt-Out Fee of $250.

D Squad parents are not required  to volunteer; however, we do have a need for several D Squad parents to assist with Land Parent positions.

Please be patient as we pilot this new online program. In addition, remember each assignment can be subject to change so be flexible as we all work together for the benefit of the entire team.

We welcome feedback to help improve this site.  If you have any questions please contact AJRA’s Volunteer Coordinator — Edie Stagnaro at estagnaro@bellsouth.net.
