For the first time in AJRA history, rowers went to USRowing Youth Nationals and returned with a medal. Atlanta Juniors placed third in the Men’s Lightweight Four after a great weekend of racing through heats, semifinals, and finals. 
Not to be outdone, the Women’s Varsity Eight also finished 9th, which is the highest placement for any men’s or women’s AJRA boat in the premier Varsity 8+ event.
