Fall season is coming up soon, and our required parent meetings will be held this week for all fall rowers! All meetings will be held 6:30pm – 8:30pm at the Roswell River Landing (building next to AJRA boathouse). Parking at the Landing is limited, but also available at Azalea Park (1/4 mile west on Azalea Drive). Please do not park on the opposite side of Azalea Drive.
Monday, August 3rd — Varsity Squads
Tuesday, August 4th — Novice Squads
Wednesday, August 5th — Recreational Team and all Development Squads (Weekday and Saturday)
Please remember to bring a completed copy of the physician’s fitness verification form to the meeting, if you have not already submitted it. Come meet our coaches, learn about the fall practice and racing season, and get to know other AJRA parents!
IMPORTANT: Your rower should be registered for the fall season before this meeting. We will not be accepting payments for fall fees on site. Varsity rowers will need a separate check to order uni and/or splash jackets. Cash/checks/VISA/MasterCard accepted for purchases of optional practice spandex/trou during Novice, Rec, and DSquad meetings.
If you have not yet registered, go to the Registration link on the AJRA homepage, and complete the registration forms prior to your respective meeting. If you are interested in rowing but aren’t sure whether to sign up, attend the AJRA Open House on Saturday, August 8th at the boathouse from 9 am-noon.
