Policies
Atlanta Junior Rowing Association has policies in place for the protection of our athletes and to define the expectations of this organization. Registration for all athletes is completed online through Ronin registration and each of the following policies are listed there. By completing that registration the rower and parents have agreed to comply with these policies.
Absentee Policy
For Spring 2012, the attendance requirements are:
From Feb. 1st – March 23rd, rowers may miss at most 5 practices or they will not be allowed to row at the John Hunter on March 24th
From Feb. 1st – April 27th, rowers my miss at most 7 practices or they will not be allowed to row at the Dogwood on April 28th

Refund Policy
Varsity/Novice
- Season Fees are Fully Refundable up to Feb. 6 (First week from the start of full practice schedule) less an administrative fee of $50.00
- If a rower withdraws after Feb. 6, but before Feb. 13, Season Fees are refundable less $100.00
- If a rower withdraws after Feb. 13, but before Feb. 20, Season Fees are refundable less $350.00
- After Feb. 20, Season Fees are no longer refundable
D Squad (Weekday and Weekend)
- Season Fees are Fully Refundable up to Feb. 13 (1st full week from start of practice schedule) less an administrative fee of $25.00
- If a rower withdraws after Feb. 13 but before Feb. 20, Season Fees are refundable less $150.00
- After Feb. 20, Season Fees are no longer refundable.
