The Head of the Hooch has continued to grow and is now the 2nd largest head race in North America. Due to the volume of new boats, AJRA had to take some 4+ slots on Saturday, instead of the ususal 8+ events and there were also some rowers who had to return on Sunday for their events. The full crowd of spectators enjoyed the gorgeous weather as they cheered on the athletes.
We are proud of our AJRA Varsity and Novice Rowers who returned from Chattanooga, Tennessee with some solid results.

Coach Greenblatt commented “Overall, I thought this was a good way to end our fall season. While obviously some individual boat performances were better than others, bringing home multiple top-10 finishes across the teams really speaks to the depth of the program as a whole. I’m excited to see how this team uses this fall season’s speed as a springboard into sprint racing.”
