Trevor Appier, a rising senior at Roswell High School, has been selected to attend USRowing’s Junior National Development Camp this summer. This camp is designed to identify high-performing athletes early in their rowing careers, and to give them the skills and tools necessary to become a better and faster rower, with the ultimate goal of earning a seat on the 2013 Junior Worlds team.

Appier is one of about fifty rowers and coxswains selected from across the country who will be attending Development Camp, and will compete at 2012 Club Nationals in Camden, New Jersey. Appier has rowed with AJRA for four years, and competed this past year in the Men’s Varsity 8+. Trevor also raced in AJRA’s Men’s Varsity 2- at Youth Nationals earlier in June.
